For the second time LOKO Sport and LOKO International organise a new sports event for all foreign students in Leuven on Saturday the 27th of March 2010: ‘The Erasmuscup’.
After having organised the LISST tournament for several years, where Universities from all over Europe delegated their sports teams for tournaments in several sports disciplines, it was time for something different. LOKO Sport now chooses for a completely new project intended for the international students already staying at Leuven! The games will be played at the KULeuven University Sports Centre (KBC Sports Hall and the Artificial Turf).
There will be the opportunity to play the following tournaments: basketball, volleyball , field soccer and indoor soccer. Interested students can register individually or by team on the website. The registration fee is € 2!! We will collect all individual inscriptions and form teams. Together with those who enrolled as a team we will divide all teams to several groups. The game schedules will be posted, together with clear instructions how to find the different sport halls and fields, on the website.
The winning teams of each competition will receive great prizes to remember the tournament! Of course we will not reveal much about that yet…
